Recommendation

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING – If you do not follow all instructions, your application will be disqualified. Your Recommendation Letter must be submitted to us by February 21, 2025 @ 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time or your application will be disqualified.

In order to ensure Complete recommendation, the below criteria must be met:

You are required to have one recommendation letter submitted in addition to your supporting documents for your application to be Complete.
Your letter of recommendation MUST be current and from the individual responsible for the organization of the volunteered activity and the volunteered activity must be listed under your community service or the resume portion of the application.
The recommender must be an adult, and cannot be a family member/relative.
The recommender must include in their letter of recommendation (at a minimum) their name, role with the organization, how they supervised the applicant in their work, a description of the applicant's volunteer work, and their assessment of the applicant's performance.
Enter the name and email address of your recommender, and click Submit.
Please make sure the recommender is aware that they will be receiving an email from BethCarewScholarship@colkeen.org requesting information on your behalf.
It is your responsibility to ensure the recommendation is completed by the due date.
